Workshop: Kokedama String Garden

Kokedama is the Japanese art form of growing plants in a moss-covered ball, held together with twine.  It's a beautiful and creative way to bring the beauty of the outdoors into your home. Join Master Gardener Trisha Bonipace on  Monday, April 22 at 6:00 pm as she helps you to create these amazing kokedama string gardens! The 2 hour class covers equipment, supplies and coaching. Cost for the course is $15 per person.  Participants will take home their living kokedama string garden  The program sponsored by Washington State University Extension will be held at the Cowlitz County Training Center, 1942 First Avenue in Longview.  Class registration and payment are due by April 10.  Class registration is limited to 30 people.  For more information, contact Carlee Dowell at 577-3014 Ext 0
